Equipment introduction:

The bentonite flash dryer is a new type of continuous drying equipment that integrates drying, crushing, and screening. It is particularly suitable for drying filter cakes, pastes and slurry materials. The drying time of wet materials in the drying tower is only 5-8 seconds, and the water evaporates instantly. The quality of the dried product is closely related to the drying temperature, wind speed, air volume, and crushing speed. Hot air enters the annular gap at the bottom of the drying chamber from the inlet pipe in a tangential direction and rises in a spiral shape. At the same time, the material is quantitatively added into the tower by the feeder and fully heat-exchanged with the hot air. The larger and wetter materials are mechanically crushed by the agitator, and the materials with lower moisture content and smaller particle size rise together with the rotating airflow and are transported to the separator for gas-solid separation. The finished products are collected and packaged, and the tail gas is discharged after being treated by the dust removal device.

Equipment features:
1. The circumferential air velocity in the drying chamber is high, and the material residence time is short, which effectively prevents the material from sticking to the wall and the heat-sensitive material from deteriorating, and can be dried into a uniform powder product at one time, eliminating the processes of crushing and screening.
2. The drying chamber is equipped with a grading ring and a swirling sheet, and the material fineness and final moisture content are adjustable. The special air distribution device reduces the equipment resistance and effectively improves the drying uniformity of the material.
3. A special cooling device and air pressure sealing device are set at the bottom of the dryer to avoid the deterioration of the material in the high-temperature area at the bottom.
4. It can effectively control the final moisture content and fineness, and ensure the uniform moisture content and fineness of the product by adjusting the feeding, hot air temperature and classifier.
