Equipment Principle:
The equipment uses wind as a wet and heat carrier and a fan as a power to achieve mass and heat exchange in the drying process, so that the water in the wet material of fluroxypyr secondary methyl ester undergoes a phase change, achieving the separation of material and moisture. Drying uses the natural wind. After passing through the air filter, the natural wind is blown into the steam heat exchanger, coal-fired, oil-fired, or gas-fired hot air furnace by the fan to be heated. The heated hot air is then distributed into a cyclone with a uniform flow rate and direction through the hot air distributor of the flash evaporation main engine. The cyclone fully contacts and collides with the wet material of fluroxypyr methyl ester added by the spiral feeder, and a series of physical changes such as mass heat exchange and separation begins so that the fluroxypyr methyl ester is dried.
