The electrode material used in sodium-ion batteries is mainly sodium salt, which is more abundant and cheaper than lithium salt. Since sodium ions are larger than lithium ions, sodium-ion batteries are a cost-effective alternative when weight and energy density are not required.

Product Introduction:
The sodium ion battery material spray dryer is an open convection drying system. The equipment operates at a slight negative pressure. The slurry stock liquid is dispersed into droplets using an atomizer, which is fully contacted with the clean hot air filtered by the air filter and heated by the heater. Drying is achieved during the mixing spiral sedimentation process, and the solid objects in the liquid are formed into powder, that is, dried into a finished product in a very short time.

The sodium ion battery material spray dryer introduces imported technology, a high-speed gear speed-increasing atomizer, and a high linearity of the atomizing disk that can reach 230M/S. It adopts an exclusively developed vortex liquid material distribution disk, which not only eliminates the phenomenon of material hole blocking but also can arbitrarily change the atomization effect with the help of the frequency converter, fully controlling the particle size of the product. On the basis of being suitable for high-temperature instantaneous drying, it adds the applicability of low-temperature long-term water evaporation, and the product quality is stable and controllable. In view of the characteristics of battery material slurry, technical engineers have also made corresponding adjustments in the design of tower diameter and tower height to ensure that the hot air residence time of the powder completes low-temperature drying and effectively prevents the occurrence of wall sticking and coking.
