Quartz sand is quartz particles made by crushing quartz stone. Quartz stone is a non-metallic mineral, a hard, wear-resistant, chemically stable silicate mineral. The color of quartz sand is milky white or colorless and translucent, with a Mohs hardness of 7.

Product Introduction

Quartz sand is coated and transmitted by a belt feeder to the vibrating fluidized bed dryer. Under the excitation force of the vibrating motor, the quartz sand is forced to jump forward on the air distribution plate, fully in contact with the hot air, and transfer heat and mass to achieve the purpose of drying. Since the equipment always maintains a micro-negative pressure environment, each unit works together to evenly distribute the hot air, ensuring a good drying environment while preventing dust leakage, and meeting the requirements of green production.
