The bromine, chlorine and hydroxyethyl flash dryer use wind as a wet and heat carrier and a fan as a power source to achieve mass and heat exchange in the drying process, so that the moisture in bromine, chlorine, and hydroxyethyl undergoes a phase change, and the bromine, chlorine and hydroxyethyl separate from the moisture, that is, drying. Drying generally uses the natural wind. After passing through the air filter, the natural wind is blown into the steam heat exchanger, coal-fired, oil-fired or gas-fired hot air furnace by the fan to be heated. The heated hot air is then distributed into a uniform cyclone with a certain flow rate and direction through the hot air distributor of the flash evaporation host. The cyclone contacts and collides with the bromine, chlorine and hydantoin wet materials added by the spiral feeder, and a series of physical changes such as mass heat exchange and separation begin, so that the bromine, chlorine and hydantoin are separated from the contained moisture and the drying is completed.
